SBM ONLINE: A postgraduate series talk entitled “ Formative vs Reflective Models” was organized by SBM on July 17, 2018 at Kedah room. The talk was conducted by Dr. Salimon Maruf Gbadebo. He started the session by sharing his expertise in this area of research. He talked about the important differences between formative and reflective models. He also discussed  how a researcher can select the items for reflective and formative models when conducting a research. Finally, he highlighted to the students that it is  important to have logical justifications for whatever models, equations and assumptions that they have been selected for their research. The nearly two and a half hour talk ended at 11.00 am, with  the participants receiving their certificates of participation.
