Developing Excellent Young Talents is one of the programs that was organized by students from Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Programme. This pogramme was organized with collaboration of student from Seminar in Management Thinking Class and Business Management & Entrepreneurship Department. The program is intended to enhance communication skills, cultivate teamwork, and nurture leadership skills among the participants. The program was supervised by Dr. Bidayatul Akmal Mustafa Kamil and Dr. Siti Norasyikin Abdul Hamid who are lecturing the Seminar in Management Thinking. Mr Rikianto Sairi, as the project manager assisted the program. Mr Rikianto Sairi is one of the students taking the Seminar class.

SBM’s Dean, Prof. Dr. Haim Hilman Bin Abdullah officiated the program which comprised students from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Kedah and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan, Changlun. The participants expressed their gratitude for the initiation of the program which they believed was very beneficial and enjoyable for them.
